What we did
Customer needed 2 new tires. When we had the rear wheel off, we noticed one bearing ratcheted really bad. Informed the customer with a video to prove it and sent him part numbers to go ahead and order front and rear bearings. Once they came in, we replaced all this bearings and tires and sent her on the way. Thanks Jeff!
